Refund Policy
All sales are final unless item is damaged. Any request for refund or exchange must be submitted to info@phillyshow.com within 14 days of receipt of shipment for consideration/approval.
Shipment vs. Show Pickup
- All merchandise, both signed and unsigned, is available for either shipment or show pickup, selection to be made at checkout.
- When selected for Shipment, items will be packaged and sent the next business day via either USPS or UPS. An email with tracking information will be sent once label has been created.
- When selected for Show Pickup, items will be brought to our next scheduled show and available for pickup from a designated area in the Lobby of Hall A. Show Admission is not required to access the merchandise pickup area. Items must be picked up by the purchaser, ID will be required. No special arrangements for pickup are available, items must be picked up during scheduled show Will Call hours. Click here for dates of / info on our next upcoming show.
Signed Merchandise
- All Signed Merchandise is guaranteed authentic – any unsigned or facsimile items will be clearly stated in the item description.
- Not all Signed Merchandise comes with an Authentication Sticker – if an item features an Authentication Sticker, it will be clearly stated (along with the name of the Authenticating Company) in the item description.
- Signed Merchandise is available for shipment or show pickup, selection to be made at checkout. If show pickup is selected, the item(s) will be available for pickup from the next scheduled show. No special arrangements for pickup are available.
Unsigned Merchandise
- All Unsigned Merchandise is brand new unless stated otherwise.
- Unsigned Merchandise can be pre-ordered and picked up at the show to be signed by attending autograph guests or ordered for shipment.
